Prices

Prices are per day, inclusive of VAT, and are based on the booking of entire apartment for two people. For each additional person (maximum two more) €25 per day will be charged.

Short stays

For stays of less than 4 days a surchage of 15% will be included. Minimum stay on request

Included services

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, weekly cleaning (for stays of more than one week), electricity, cold and hot water, heating costs, internet access.

Booking Confirmation: The booking will be valid after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the package price by money transfer to our bank account.

The customer name and reason for payment (titled “deposit“) needs to be specified. The booking will then be confirmed in writing via email.

Damage deposit: Customers will be charged 20% of the arrangement price in cash as a damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon departure after a joint inspection of the apartment’s condition.

Payment: cash or money transfer to our bank account is accepted for final payment. All other costs or additional services will be billed prior to departure and can be settled by money transfer to our bank account.
